of the institution and induction of the Rev. Matilda Dunn as
the Episcopal chaplain for The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga
and Chattanooga State Community College.

Keene of St. John’s Cathedral, Knoxville, Lou Parsons of St.
Timothy’s, Signal Mountain, and Nancy Pickering of Church of
the Ascension, Knoxville, have begun studies at the School of
Theology of the University of the South.

Ultimate Statement
of Gratitude
For
me the essence of the ministry of planned giving is that it
enables all of us to exercise our Christian witness at life's
end. Though the details are important, they are merely the vehicles
we use to summarize, in a tangible way, what has given love
and meaning to our lives. It is our ultimate statement of gratitude
for God's generosity.

Province IV Altar Guild will celebrate the new millennium with
a challenging and inspirational program during its annual conference to be held June 4-7 at Kanuga Conference Center in Hendersonville,

All Saints' Church Cooking Up Cash for Outreach
Since
its begining, more than $60,000 from the proceeds of the All
Saints Church, Morristown bi-annual Bar-B-Que has been
returned to the community. The distribution of monies is administered
through the church's outreach committee.
St.
Stephen’s, Oak Ridge, Legacy Society Memorials Board Dedicated Bishop
Charles vonRosenberg recently dedicated the new memorials board
at St. Stephens, Oak Ridge, during his episcopal visit.
The board remembers those who have made provision for the longer
term future of the church through planned gifts.
