Link2Lead Resource is Available to Churches

Have you ever wondered how well you respond to change? Do you know if the population of your community is going to grow or decline over the next five years? If you are interested in learning more about these topics and others, check out the resources on Link2Lead.com, a new website from Percept.

Link2Lead.com is designed to provide you with ongoing access to these and other practical resources, some of which will only be available through the web site, currently including:

• iChange survey
  A free interactive survey which assesses your response to change and can be used with other leaders of your congregation.
• 10 Facts
  Instant demographic information for any zipcode you select. It's fast, easy and free.
• 5 Keys to Discovering 21st Century Church
  An interactive exercise about significant changes for the Church in North America.

To visit the web site, type http://Link2Lead.com in the address window of your web browser. The first time you visit the site, you will need to register to activate the account that has been set up for your church. You will need a valid email address in order to complete the registration. Any member of a congregation can access the Link2Lead site.

These resources are available to congregations in the Diocese of East Tennessee through our contractual relationship with Percept, a national company that provides demographic information for church denominations. You may already be familiar with FirstViews and Ministry Area Profiles, which have been used by the Mission Strategy Task Force, the Area Mission Teams and several local congregations.
