Bosson ECW Board's 'Woman of the Month' by Cathy Varner Our first Woman of the Month is Nancy Bosson, President of the Diocese of East Tennessee Episcopal Church Women. She prides herself on being a cradle Episcopalian and is an active member of Church of the Ascension, Knoxville. Bosson has served the ECW of Church of the Ascension, over the years, as President, Treasurer, Molly Hazen Tucker Scholarship Fund Chairman and UTO coordinator. She has served on the Diocesan ECW Board for a number of years. In 1994 she was a Triennial Delegate at the convention in Indianapolis. She also served as an alternate delegate to the Diocesan Convention in 1998. Bosson also manages to squeeze in time for community and civic interest, within the Knoxville area. She has served as Knoxville Symphony League President, board member of the Dulin Gallery of Art, volunteered with the Junior League of Knoxville, organized the city-wide event Kids Voting in 1994 and was named an Outstanding Young Woman of America in 1985 in recognition of her contributions to the community. Bosson is married to Brian Bosson, President of American Holiday Van Lines. They have two children, Brock and Bryson. Brock is a Junior at Tulane University and Bryson is a freshman at Webb School. We look forward to an exciting year under the leadership of our Nancy Bosson.
