Convention. Below is the status of those resolutions:

B018
Stewardship Resources (Bishop vonRosenberg’s resolution to redirect funds away from our church structures and meetings and put them to use instead in the service of mission)
Passed both houses and was used by the Program Budget and Finance Committee in creating The Episcopal Church Budget that was adopted by convention.
C073
Re-evaluation of Care of the Chronically Mentally Ill
Referred to the Standing Committee on Health to develop a church policy on this issue. The Committee on National and International Concerns felt this was too important an issue and required more attention than they could give it at the convention.
C071
Health Coverage for All
Passed by both houses with minor amendments. During discussion in the
House of Deputies, it was raised up by a delegate from another state as
an example of a resolution that can benefit the entire church. With this
legislation, the diocesan Bioethics Committee produced a three-session
curriculum on universal healthcare that has been made available to the
entire Episcopal Church: Health
Care coverage for All: Discussion Guide for Churches.
